College of Engineered Leadership
In 1993, the first College of Engineered Leadership was held. It evolved from other leadership training programs held by the Fraternity as an institute to encourage leadership skills in collegiate members. The College of Engineered Leadership provides an opportunity for chapter presidents from across the country to exchange ideas and learn from experienced leaders.
