Leadership

This brochure introduces the idea of Engineered Leadership and explains how it is unique to Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity.
Engineered Leadership
The concept of Engineered Leadership emerged in 1959, with a focus on five key areas: leadership, social, scholastic, physical, and character skills. These five areas can be developed on campus through course of study, extracurricular activities, and interfraternity events, or off campus through serving the community and building meaningful relationships. The purpose is to create well-rounded brothers with the tools to succeed in any field.
