Early Leadership Training
At Delta Sigma Phi, leadership training has taken many forms over the years. An example is the District Conclaves, which are gatherings of each region around the country, bringing together district governors, alumni, and collegiate chapter presidents. The different forms of leadership training offer an opportunity for brothers to discuss how they lead in their chapters or their careers, bond over common issues, and brainstorm improvements to implement back home.
