Founders and Leaders: Boskey and Tonsor
Two strong leaders forged the foundations of the Fraternity. Meyer Boskey, City College of New York '99, had an enormous impact on the founding of the Fraternity. He was also an accomplished lawyer with his own practice. Charles A. Tonsor, New York University '03, defined the early years of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, serving as president from 1905 until 1906 and amending the constitution and other governing documents.
