Leadership Institute
The Leadership Institute, referred to as LI, is a five-day experience for undergraduates to develop leadership skills. The Delta Sigma Phi Foundation pays tuition for each participant, which allows for a broad range of undergraduates to have this experience. Over 1,300 Delta Sigs have participated in an LI throughout its more than 30-year existence.
