Vance, Palmer Gene
Palmer Gene Vance II, Transylvania University ‘85, is based in Lexington, Kentucky. He was a member of Beta Mu Chapter at Transylvania University and later attended the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Vance has had a long career as a lawyer and policymaker. Since 1995, he has been a member of Stoll Keenon Ogden, PLLC, litigating in the areas of business and commercial litigation, toxic tort, intellectual property, and insurance coverage, among others. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Stoll Keenon Ogden and as a member of the firm’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Vance is a leader in his field. Vance has served the American Bar Association's House of Delegates in several capacities, including state delegate, and currently serves as chair.

Vance has received a number of awards, including the Russell T. Roebuck Outstanding District Governor Award and the Harvey H. Hebert Memorial Award. In 2011, he received the Mr. Delta Sig Award in recognition of his service to the Fraternity and his accomplished career.
